Next, fit the upper and lower steering feature coverings, contraction the screws to 17 in.-lb. Then taut the steering feature mounting nuts to 105 in.-lb. Place the steering column gap plot to the instrument pane and line up the snap clip retainers with the holders in the instrument panel. Push on the column gap cover until each clip breaks into place. Next, fit and tighten the screws that grasp the poorer edge of the wrap to the instrument panel strengthening to 20 in.-lb.
